Time scale and stock levels

Please bear in mind that most items are handmade to order as only a small amount of items are kept ready made in stock to ensure exclusivity. I will endeavour to dispatch your item within 5 days of cleared payment depending on availability. All gemstones are natural patterns therefore gemstones used for the item chosen may vary slightly from the image. You will be notified if there will be any major deviation from the image.

Hours of Service

My opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. Emails for orders are monitored regularly, however a response may be slower at the weekend.

Price and payment.
Prices for items are quoted on my website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. I will verify prices as part of the sale procedure.

The prices on the website all include VAT, secure postage and will be wrapped in an attractive gift box or pouch.

Delivery policy

UK next day delivery for items over £25 is only available Monday to Friday and not guaranteed for a Saturday.
I will arrange for the items to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

Reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver items at the very latest within 5 days of the date of the order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, scheduled delivery is subject to the Royal Mail service. Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for each order over £25.

There must be someone present to accept and sign for the delivery. If not, please follow the instructions on the card left by the delivery company in order to collect your order or organize a re-delivery date.

International delivery

We welcome international orders, Please contact us for international costs as they vary from country to country. Overseas customers may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside the UK.

Risk and ownership

The items will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the items will only pass to you upon delivery of the products. In the case of special commissions, I will be entitled to recover payment for the items, even where ownership has not passed to you.
