Guarantee

Every piece of jewellery has a 6 month guarantee from the date of the original purchase. This means I guarantee to rethread or repair any defect due to the original workmanship.

Care and Cleaning

Pearls and beads can be affected by the wearers skin acidity, perfumes and hairspray. Please take care to spray and allow to dry before putting on the jewellery.
A gentle wipe with a damp hanky after wear will help to remove any damaging residues.

Silver items tarnish. All silver parts can be cleaned by rubbing with an impregnated silver cloth, available from all good hardware stores and jewellery shops.

Thread for the beads and pearls does stretch with time. Please keep dry by removing before washing. I offer a rethreading service after the 6 month guarantee has expired, at a reduced retail price plus postage.

Care should be taken to prevent your jewellery being damaged. Do not mix jewellery up together as this can cause scratching and breakages. Items threaded on stainless steel wire need to be kept flat or hung up to prevent kinkage.
If possible, store in the original packaging or self seal plastic bags.
